Throughout the year, we recommend our air-dried meat, produced in Valais, accompanied by traditional rye bread. Or try the popular large Cordon Bleu, stuffed with „Simpilär“ raclette cheese, or the tender entrecôtes served with homemade herb butter.During hunting season our popular game buffet and at the end of the year the big New Year‘ Eve buffet with starters, warm dishes and desserts.
